FOR THE LADIES made the early lead outside WISE MISS, was kept in the two path around the turn, responded in upper stretch and drew away under steady handling. J CANDY , fractious in the starting gate, stumbled at the break, swung four wide leaving the turn, remained on her left lead and passed tired horses. JAVA TALES , a forward factor between horses entering the turn, chased the winner and gave way the final furlong. HIGH HEEL NATIVE , a forward factor four wide leaving the backstretch, chased the winner to the stretch and weakened. WISE MISS showed speed along the inner rail and gave way near the three eighths pole.
