Chart notes
I'M NOBLE saved ground tracking the pace, angled out to be four-wide entering the stretch, took the lead from COUNTERACT nearing the eighth pole and edged clear late. COUNTERACT was reserved off the pace, moved up three-wide nearing the quarter pole, took the lead entering the stretch, responded when headed by I'M NOBLE and continued on to prove to be second. HOUSE OF LORDS bobbled at the start then settled in the back of the field early, moved forward on the far turn racing three-wide, came five-wide into the stretch and finished in a mild rally. LUCKY CODE vied with WOOD CEILING for the lead from along the outside to the stretch and weakened. WOOD CEILING vied for the lead from along the inside to the stretch and tired. MY VINO saved ground while being allowed to settle and failed to threaten. ST. ELMO was unhurried racing two-wide and failed to be a factor.
