Chart notes
DIXIE CUP MARTINI stalked the pace from two wide through the final turn then moved between horses near the eighth pole and fought gamely in the final furlong to prevail. CASTING CUPID pressed the pace from four wide down the backstretch then moved to engage the leader near the three furlong marker before taking command near the quarter pole but was collared mid stretch and gave way grudgingly. I'M A TRUMPER raced near the back around the first turn then advanced from three or four wide but was not match for the top two and was a clear third. ROCKIN MARIE was away alertly to set the pace to near the three furlong marker where she was headed and weakened. STOLEN FUNDS was forwardly placed while racing on the inside down the backstretch and lacked a late response. MELODITY raced near the back and was not a factor. LONG MAY SHE RUN was unhurried around the first turn while racing wide, made a mild bid on the final turn but was not a threat. TAPIT CARA was hard to load then raced in the middle of the pack around the first turn before retreating.
