Chart notes
ANTONINO chased the pace from the inside and found an opening in the stretch then rallied and dueled the leader and got bumped in the final sixteenth but was just up in time. SHANE FALCO set a clear pace from the inside and drifted around in the upper then dueled ANTONINO and bumped them in the final sixteenth and gave way grudgingly. PALAGIO was reluctant loading in the gate and settled at the back through most of the race well behind the pace then shifted up around the turn and angled seven wide into the upper then improved. BAYTOWN ANUBIS tracked the pace from the two path and swung five to three wide into the upper but weakened. SPUNS SON chased the pace from the two path and came six wide into the upper but lacked kick. UNUSUAL ACTIVITY settled off pace on the inside and was no factor. AMIGOMEISTER steadily faded throughout the race and eased up.
