TRUMAN'S COMMANDER raced just off the inside through the first turn and then three wide thereafter, came under encouragement with five-sixteenths to go, angled five to six wide into upper stretch and ran on through to the finish. JACK AND JIM raced just off the inside and was off the heels of a rival tight between foes midway on the first turn until into the backstretch, tracked just off the inside from near the rear of the field patiently handled until placed to urging near the quarter pole, angled four wide at the head of the stretch and kicked on belatedly to the wire. MO TRUMP coaxed from the gate, prompted the pace of TERMINAL VELOCITY from the outside in the two path coming under a ride with five-sixteenths remaining, spun three wide into upper stretch and weakened in the late stages. SMOOTH BREEZE raced three wide through the first turn, chased four then three wide coming under urging with five-sixteenths to run, went seven wide into upper stretch and offered no kick. CABLE READY coaxed from the gate, tracked the pace along the inside under a ride with five-sixteenths to go, spun two to three wide into upper stretch and made no impact. JACK'S WORLD got brushed at the break by INSPEIGHTOFCHARLIE, chased two to three wide ridden along from three furlongs out, angled five to six wide into upper stretch and offered no response. TERMINAL VELOCITY coaxed from the gate, raced three wide into the first turn before tucking inside midway, showed the way in hand along the inside under some pressure from MO TRUMP to the outside, came under urging with five-sixteenths to go, took the inside route into upper stretch, dug in under threat and yielded nearing the eighth pole, then tired through to the end.
