Chart notes
GREAT VENEZUELA vied outside for the lead, dueled on the turn, battled into the stretch, gained a short lead in midstretch, then dug in gamely and determinedly held off the runner up. BRAGANZA raced three wide off the pace, came four wide into the lane, rallied outside, dug in gamely with a strong bid in the final sixteenth and was denied. COCO ABARRIO raced off the pace between rivals, came two wide into the lane, rallied in the two path and finished well for third. GREENFIELD COUGAR raced off the pace inside, rallied on the rail in the stretch run and dug in to the finish for fourth. SUNGLOW (IRE) stalked the leaders, chased on the turn, came three wide into the lane, made a bid and was outkicked. SU WIN vied inside for the lead, dueled on the turn, dug in racing off the inside in upper stretch, then weakened.
