Chart notes
BIG PRANKSTER allowed to settle, rallied through the turn three wide to make the lead at the top of the stretch then finished full of run to win as much the best. STAR ENTERTAINER trailed into the stretch, rallied determinedly in the four path late and finished second best. QUARANTINO bumped at the start and found his best stride late along the rail. CLASSIC RICHIE settled mid pack, dropped back a bit in upper stretch then improved position late four wide. DON'T STOP bumped at the start and had no impact. SIMPLY VALID had speed three wide into the stretch and weakened in the final furlong. AYE AYE SIR dueled for the early lead two wide, shook clear on the turn, set the pace to the top of the stretch then faltered. ICEBERG SLIM matched stride for the lead along the rail, checked at the seven sixteenths pole for several strides, kept on into the stretch then stopped abruptly. THE STEWARDS POSTED THE INQUIRY SIGN BUT TOOK NO ACTION.
