Chart notes
OLLIE'S FOLLY stalked the pace three wide through the turn, rallied under left handed urging to make the lead in deep stretch, drifted out to the middle of the racetrack and drew clear. ILIKETHAT with the second flight two wide, altered course to the middle of the racetrack, had a mild late rally and finished clear for second. BUMPKIN sprinted to a clear lead soon after the start, set the pace along the inside until deep stretch then weakened. ZAKARIA chased the pace two wide into the stretch and weakened late. SMOKIN JOE was no factor. RED HEAD KID offered a mild bid along the rail into the stretch then came up empty.
