Chart notes
AIR FORCE SUE chased four wide, ranged up outside a pair of rivals approaching the stretch, responded to a right handed ask and drew alongside the leader in mid stretch, wrested command a sixteenth out, edged clear under a solid hand ride then was gathered up in the final jumps. NATURES FURY sped to the front, set the pace in about the two path, handled outer pressure past the five sixteenths, held a clear lead past the three sixteenths, dug in when challenged with a furlong remaining, dueled then gave way grudgingly. PONEY ISLAND gave hard chase off the rail, shifted out five wide for the drive and closed steadily while drifting out. TIZ HER LAW stumbled at the break and was away last, regrouped and was coaxed off the inside, came four wide into the stretch and churned on. ADIOS MARILYN forced the pace three wide outside the leader, raced between rivals past the five sixteenths, lacked a punch heading to the sixteenth pole and faded. LIL MISS PERFECT , toward the inside pursuing the leaders, came up empty. RUGGED SMILE was outrun.
