Chart notes
MAX SCORE set the pace from the two path and surged coming off the turn and drew clear to prove clearly best. PRACTICAL PURPLE stalked the pace early on from the three path and chased coming into the stretch four wide but was no match for the winner and settled for the place award while drifting out. TAKE THE RAIL tracked the pace from the inside through most of the race but lacked punch in the stretch. STREET BLESS'N brushed a rival at the start and stalked the pace early from the four path but weakened in the upper. MAGNIFIER was brushed at the start and raced off pace in the two path but was no factor. VERRAZANO'S GOLD stumbled at the break and settled off the pace on the inside but was no menace.
