Chart notes
CARAVALLA sat in striking position while three wide, swung five wide at the head of the lane, closed determinedly and was up just in time. WORTHY SPIRIT hurried away, chased inside, rallied along the rail late stretch and was outnodded. MIDNITE SCORE set the early pace, responded to pressure in the final turn and was worn down. EVERYTHING TO GAIN was three wide leaving the backstretch, and closed gamely late. DALE'S LEGACY prompted the early pace while three wide, and weakened in the stretch. AH TOUCHE saved along the rail, and lodged a mild bid. BRIAR'S ROSE lacked a bid. MISS LARUE chased and failed to threaten.
