Chart notes
APPEALING MISCHIEF came away last and was void of early speed, trailed in the back, made some headway late on the turn, angled four wide in upper stretch while quickly advancing on the field, surged to the lead with ease and finished in hand. WINNING NATION prompted the pace up the backstretch, vied inside of SWEET ZIP entering the turn, battled on into the lane, shook free to a slim lead in the final sixteenth then got overtaken late. SWEET ZIP set a pressured pace in the opening quarter, vied outside then between rivals going by the quarter pole, fought back into the final furlong, failed to match strides late and just lasted for show. MANCUSO tracked the top pair in early stages, engaged rivals three wide at the quarter pole, vied into the lane, ran on evenly late and just missed show. I REST MY CASE raced off the early pace, was ridden along two to three wide into the lane and needed more for serious impact.
