Chart notes
MR. PIPPINS dueled on the lead for a half mile from the inside, kicked away on the final bend and drew off through the lane convincingly. TRES TENADORES reserved in hand to race in mid-pack off the pace, rallied from between rivals four wide in upper stretch and finished well to be up for the place. WARREN'S C J slow early to be the trailer and found his best stride late to mount a good, belated bid in the stretch. THE FUSS raced erratically down the backside, settled entering the final turn and shgowed some late interest coming home. SEB N' SAM prompted the pace from five wide to be well placed and weakened on the final bend dropping from contention. MALIBU SANGRIA showed early speed to be on the front end into the first turn, raced wide on the bend to vie for the lead from between rivals down the backstretch and gave way in upper stretch. MISSIONARY MARY tucked in behind the dueling leaders through the first turn to be well placed and steadily faded. LEVI GONE WILD caught wide on the first turn while ranging up to press the pace seven wide on the backside, and tired on the far turn.
