Chart notes
PARTY HOTLINE prompted the pace outside going three deep along the backstretch, travelled two to three wide on the turn measuring the frontrunner inching up when roused at the quarter pole, loomed boldly outside posing the main opposition at the top of the stretch, wore down the inside pacesetter by the sixteenth pole and was kept to the task holding safely for the win at the wire. FRAC'S C E O broke inwards on the start, settled in midfield having a good set up watching the engaged trio down the backside, closed the gap on the lead three when called upon for more on the turn by the quarter pole, swung out widest in the five path finding his best stride late and closed in steadily in the final furlong unable to threaten the winner but still finishing up strongly to be a solid second best. SILENT PAL broke outwards but was quickly corrected leaving the gate, pressed the pace inside early on, was scrubbed for more chasing the leader but was making no gain throughout the turn, shifted out off the cover of the frontrunner three wide by the furlong marker, did not switch leads until late in the drive coming to the seventy yard marker and found another gear surging late getting up for the show award. RED SYMPHONY broke out leaving the gate, recovered to have a slim lead outside two others down the backstretch, shook loose from his closest pursuers at the three-furlong pole, moved well up top dictating the pace throughout the turn, , had the rail holding on up front in mid-stretch, began to get leg weary shortening stride surrendering the lead to the outside winner at the sixteenth pole and tired in deep stretch lasting at the finish line for a minor placing only. FINANCE IS SECURE was sandwiched between horses to trail the field leaving the chute, continued to see the field along the backside, tried to make a run passing an inside rivals at the five sixteenths pole, angled out to the four path for the stretch drive, showed little in the late running and could not get involved under only mild coaxing in deep stretch. C C ATHENA stalked near the rear on the rail having one runner beaten down the backstretch, was relegated to last being passed outside in midturn, caught up to runners making a move three wide in upper stretch, had the two path at the furlong pole still closing in, drove up on heels in tight having no wiggle room behind the weakening early leader in deep stretch, tried to alter course inside at the last minute but caught heels, stumbling and falling unseating the rider nearing the finish line and walked off.
