Chart notes
CANDY CABALLO saved ground setting the pace, came two-wide into the stretch, drifted out slightly late and maintained a safe advantage. CHUCKANUT BAY was reserved early, rallied four-wide into the stretch, angled further out leaving the three-sixteenths pole and finished strongly. ATMOSPHERIC RIVER saved ground while being unhurried and finished in a mild rally. KNIGHTLINE chased CANDY CABALLO racing two-wide and weakened during the drive. TAX CODE was allowed to settle, moved up three-wide nearing the quarter pole, came four-wide entering the stretch then offered a bid nearing the eighth pole and faltered late.
