Chart notes

RETAIL MAN Close up in hand along the two path, stayed that way into the final turn, drifted in at the five-sixteenths pole bothering MR. EINSTEIN, chased in the lane, gained the lead late and proved best. MR. EINSTEIN In hand along the rail, was bothered by the winner approaching midway on the last turn, took up sharply, responded inside and finished well. FINALIST Forced the issue along the three path, dropped back some on the final bend, eased out and finished with interest. IT'S NOT OVER YET Vied for the lead along the two path, took charge, was collared and faded. O P FIRECRACKER In hand close up along the three path, four wide into the lane and weakened. Inquiry sign was posted along with a claim of foul by the rider of MR. EINSTEIN against the winner for interference approaching the five-sixteenths pole, resulted in the disqualification of RETAIL MAN from first to second.
