Chart notes
CHIPS LEGACY set the pace on a clear, well measured lead in hand, responded when called upon turning for home to maintain the advantage and was never threatened in the stretch. THE SINNER IS YOU unhurried to be the trailer turning for home and closed well with a belated bid in the lane to be up for the place. IBRIM prompted the pace to midway on the turn, failed to gain when asked nearing the quarter pole and kept-on in the stretch. SUMMERFEST reserved in hand to be off the pace and rallied with some interest passing weaker rivals. DANEFIELD raced mid-pack failing to menace. DECLARATION TIME tracked the leaders from four wide to be well placed at the head of the stretch, drifted wide down the lane and faded to the rear while tiring.
