Chart notes
KEE JEE settled in the middle of the pack while racing two wide down the backstretch then tipped out to move up from three wide on the final turn and shifted out to four wide in upper stretch, was drifting in down the stretch while driving past the leader and drew clear. LIVE AFFAIR raced in the middle of the pack while saving ground down the backstretch then raced two wide around the final turn before shifted out to five wide at the top of the stretch to make the late run but was not enough to catch the winner. DUE WE DARE was allowed to settled from off the pace while saving ground, cut the corner going into the stretch and made a rail bid to be a clear third. ROADSIDE BANKER was a little unsettled in the gate then was hustled along early to press the pace from two wide down the backstretch, moved up to duel around the final turn but tired in early stretch. CALI DREAMIN sped away to set the pace, dueled around the final turn but was collared before the eighth pole and steadied midway down the stretch. MY DAD'S GUITAR was unhurried around the first turn then dropped back on the backstretch where he lost contact and jogged across. THE JOCKEY OF CALI DREAMIN CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST KEE JEE FOR ALLEGED INTERFERENCE IN MID STRETCH, AFTER A STEWARDS REVIEW THE CLAIM OF FOUL WAS DISALLOWED AND NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
