Chart notes
LIAM SMITH sprinted clear and crossed over to the inside, saved ground through the turn, opened up at the top of the lane and continued to widen under a tap of right handed urging and flagging from the crop. SENDIT MO came cleanly but was last away, closest in pursuit up the backstretch, came under a ride in the two path on the turn, failed to make any headway on the winner down the lane but clearly second best. SAMMY DAVIS traveled between rivals at the back, rounded the bend two the three wide, drifted in and brushed with L RANKIN at the top of the stretch, weakened in the final furlong but was able to earn third. L RANKIN unhurried from inside, traveled at the back with a pair of rivals to the outside, navigated the turn from the rail then shifted to the two path at the quarter pole, got brushed lightly by SAMMY DAVIS at the top of the stretch and weakened in the furlong grounds. OPUS UNO raced three deep at the back of the field early, trailed four wide into the stretch and failed to menace.
