PROVOKER stalked the pace outside of NOTHIN early, engaged outside of FLORA BOUND into the turn, prompted that foe before taking the lead near the five eighths, carried a lead into the lane while racing three to four wide, ran on past midstretch but could not hold off COOKIE BROOKIE in the final sixteenth. ONEDAYATATIME tracked the pace inside foes on the backstretch, floated out to the four path while tracking well behind the leading pair around the turn, but well clear of the rest of the field, floated five wide into the lane, drifted even further out in upper stretch, and kept on mildly under a drive for the show. DREAMCHASER JEWELS chased between horses early, took closer order three and then two wide on the turn, swung four wide into upper stretch, and ran on mildly between horses while drifting out. SURPRISE ANGEL settled toward the rear, was pushed along in the three path on the turn, ran on mildly under a drive up the inside in the lane and passed tiring horses. FLORA BOUND vied on the pace outside of PEANUTBUTTER PEGGY, led into the turn, set the pace around the bend while prompted by PROVOKER, was headed by that foe past the five sixteenths, chased on under a drive in upper stretch and weakened late. DEWEY'S SOLDIER settled at the rear, offered a brief four wide bid on the turn and was empty in the lane. PEANUTBUTTER PEGGY was sent inside, vied inside of FLORA BOUND until approaching the half mile pole, and weakened between horses. NOTHIN tracked the pace early while racing keenly, was no match for the leaders into the turn, began to drop back past the three eighths, was eased to a jog midstretch and walked off. LASTYANKEE settled toward the rear, had no response when pushed along on the turn, pulled up near the quarter pole and walked off. GO NORTH BOSS chased outside foes briefly, was pulled up near the half mile pole and walked off.
