Chart notes
TOO MANY MIKES pressed the pace racing close up outside, bid entering the far turn, dropped back a bit, re rallied outside entering the stretch, gained a short lead, drifted in nearing the sixteenth marker moving alongside NECK OF CAIRO and held on determinedly to the finish. NECK OF CAIRO set the pace on the inside, dueled into the far turn, briefly shook free nearing the quarter pole, then dug in gamely on the rail in the stretch drive and battled on willingly to the finish. FIRST CLASS T L C raced four wide early, pulled while three wide on the first turn, stalked three wide, then tracked the leaders, chased on the far turn and rallied outside in the stretch. LADY AMELIE tracked on the inside, chased on the far turn and faded. BALITEA stalked two wide, chased and gave way. GET THE BAG was off slowly and outrun.
