Chart notes

MOON OVER CHOCTAW stumbled at the start but quickly recovered and held a slim lead around the first turn, vied inside of KAZAMATAZ to the half mile marker, shook free and held firm still unleashed around the far turn, saved ground turning for home, shook the reins, tapped a few times, widened advantage and remained unchallenged in late stages. JACKIE SPARROW stalked the pace through early stages, launched a three wide bid near the quarter pole, sustained a steady effort through the lane and finished clearly second best. ESPERANZA'S SPIRIT rated off the pace, picked up the tempo four wide nearing the quarter pole, hustled along into the lane and got up late for a share. KAZAMATAZ was forwardly placed around the first turn, vied outside of MOON OVER CHOCTAW up the backstretch, could not move on with the eventual winner entering the far turn, steadily weakened and got edged for show in final stride. SIC' EM' SIS tracked the early pace along the inside, failed to progress when called upon around the far turn and gave way.
