Chart notes
BEVERLY CRUSHER , three wide the first turn, prompted outside DIVINING MOMENT, gained the lead in mid stretch, and despite left hand urging, drifted in a bit in deep stretch and lasted. MEREDITHSLIGHTNING bore out at the start, hugged the inner rail around the turns, angled out in mid stretch and rallied. DIVINING MOMENT set a pressured pace, stayed along the inner rail around the far turn, remained on her left lead in the stretch and checked behind the winner in deep stretch. DASH DASH DOT , bumped and pinched back leaving the starting gate, was four deep entering the backstretch and weakened. JUDY G remained along the inner rail and gave way on the backstretch. An objection by the rider of DIVINING MOMENT against BEVERLY CRUSHER for alleged interference in the stretch was not allowed.
