Chart notes

COASTAL JAZZ prompted OLIVIAN racing two-wide, took the lead from that one nearing the quarter pole and quickly drew clear. SI THAT TIGER was reserved off the pace racing three-wide, rallied six-wide into the stretch, was brushed by UNCLE LEON at the eighth pole and finished srongly. UNCLE LEON was allowed to settle, came five-wide into the stretch then came out to brushed with SI THAT TIGER nearing the eighth pole and finished well in a steady effort. OLIVIAN saved ground setting the early pace and drifted out nearing the sixteenth pole while weakened. KNIGHTLINE tracked the pace racing along the inside, bobbled nearing the seven-sixteenths pole, then rallied two-wide into the stretch, steadied nearing the sixteenth pole and finished willingly. JIN TONG raced in the back of the field while saving ground on the turn and failed to seriously threaten. NOW THEN was unhurried racing two-wide and was not a factor. GOIN' SOUTH raced in the middle of the field early, drifted out nearing the quarter pole and gave way.
