KHOLULU stalked outside, advanced three wide on the turn, rallied three wide into the stretch, closed willingly passing the furlong marker, took over and drew clear under urging. QUEEN OF PROMISE vied inside for the lead, dueled on the turn, battled back gamely inside entering the stretch, then was no match for the winner and held for second. PINING bumped at the start, raced off the pace inside, angled out on the turn, rallied four wide into the stretch and flattened out. HEIRNOL vied two wide for the lead, dueled on the turn, led, then weakened in the stretch. D J ABS bumped at the start, chased inside, chased on the turn and had no rally. CAYENNE bumped and steadied at the start, then outrun.
