FRAC IS THE JUDGE settled near the rear on the fence down the backside, shifted out two wide off a tiring foe at the five sixteenths pole, moved to the three-path starting to get into gear between horses in upper stretch and was full of run in the final furlong charging strongly outside late under a well-timed rally to just get up at the wire. ATLANTIC PASSAGE vied between runners at the start, was reined back off the engaged duo at the half mile marker, kept pace with the frontrunner while two wide on the turn, appeared to be the main threat closing at the furlong pole, was coming on smartly with a sixteenth remaining but lost the nod for the win with runners on both sides at the finish line. TWIST OF SUGAR was hustled three deep at the break having a slim lead in the beginning, cleared off getting to the rail loose on the engine by the seven sixteenths marker, rolled along unopposed around the bend, had the rail at the top of the stretch getting a slight breather in the second split, was asking for the wire hearing outside runners bearing down at the sixteenth pole but was nabbed at the finish line to be on the losing end of a three way win picture. KIMBERLINA settled on the outside close to the tail end, moved in gradually while going three wide outside rivals through the turn, shifted to the four path for the stretch drive and finished up evenly in the final eighth of a mile garnering a minor placing. GREENWICH PIKE was outrun early seeing the field along the back straight, lagged behind travelling two to three wide around the oval, swung out widest in the five path turning for home but could only manage to pass the leg weary inside foe at the sixteenth pole. ASTONESTHROWAWAY pressed the early pace on the inside, could not match strides giving way arguing up front by the seven sixteenths pole, took the shortest way around the bend but was going in the wrong direction by the quarter marker and folded on the fence in the last furlong.
