Chart notes
MIDNIGHT GRIFFIN was hustled along, raced between horses to the turn, vied to mid stretch and drew off under urging. SLICK HENRY raced three across to the turn, vied to mid stretch and was outclosed to finish second best. SCULPTOR was pushed in at the start, raced inside to the turn, angled out, went widest in the drive, finished well and was gaining late. SHO DOMINIC was never far back, raced outside, was in range, lacked a late response and hung late. MIDNIGHT MINISTER was off slowly, dropped inside, saved ground and lacked a bid. SPIRIT OF TROY vied inside, was crowded and checked hard on the turn and stopped. THE RIDER OF SPIRIT TROY CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST THE RIDER OF MIDNIGHT GRIFFIN FOR ALLEGED INTERFERENCE ON THE TURN.
