Chart notes

LOLITA J stalked the pace while racing along the rail, dropped back on the turn, came again, shifted out at the top of the stretch, closed willingly, got a head in front near the eighth pole and drew clear. GIRLS KNICKS NOW stalked the pace three wide, swung wide leaving the turn, angled in for the drive and closed well to earn place. FLATHEAD FINALE broke slowly, trailed in a wide trip, found her best stride late and got up for show. TIZMEONEMORETIME broke in and was off a step slowly, saved ground to the turn, offered a mild bid and failed to menace. BELLEINTHETEMPLE was never far back, raced outside, lacked a rally and was not a threat. ENGAGEMENT came in at the start, set the pace, drew off on the turn for a clear lead and faltered past the eighth pole. D' ARGONAUT stalked the pace between horses, dropped back on the turn and faded through the stretch.
