Chart notes
INSPIRE COURAGE broke alertly to take the lead from the gate, set a well rated pace on a well measured lead, widened a bit in the lane and was in control throughout. CACTUS CAIRO settle along the inside after rushing up the rail early, stalked the leaders on the turn saving ground, cut the corner turning for home and mounted a solid bid along the fence to be second best. STARSHIP DISCOVERY reserved off the pace to midway on the turn, made a steady advance angling four wide and gained ground late to take the show. TRAIL OF ROSES prompted the pace down the backside, edged closer to the leader on the bend, could not get passed and kept-on in the lane finishing evenly. HARDLY READY failed to menace mounting a wide bid in the lane without impact. JUST ONE KISS stalked the pace early, was through after a half mile and galloped in while not being persevered with down the lane.
