Chart notes
FANCY FASCINATOR , up close in the two path on the turn, challenged for the lead between horses in mid stretch and drove clear. MIDNIGHT MARY accelerated to early lead, was well clear on the turn, bore out badly approaching the stretch, recovered but flattened out. FROLIC IN THE PARK bid for the lead inside the top pair in upper stretch and weakened late. TIME LEAP , lightly steadied inside horses entering the turn, raced along the inner rail there after and needed more. BETTER HALF lacked speed, was floated to the six path in mid stretch and passed tired horses. SECRET OPERATION , eased out leaving the backstretch, was well positioned in the three path on the turn but failed to rally. TRANSCENDENCE raced in the two path on the turn and weakened. OUR LAST SONG , four deep leaving the backstretch, gave way on the turn.
