PARTY ON RUFUS vied inside, assumed command into the stretch and drew off under mild urging. SWEET WINNER vied three across, inched clear briefly on the turn, was headed into the stretch, dropped back and held for place. OPPORTUNE NOTION settled off the pace, rallied on the turn, closed well and didn't have enough late. BOOTED UP bore out in the stretch in a wide trip and was outrun. PALACE REVOLT passed a tiring rival in an outside trip. SAINT CLOUD vied between horses and stopped on the turn.
