Chart notes
PRETTY TAPIT came about four wide around the initial turn and was forwardly placed a couple lengths behind ROSE ROOM at a controlled pace then continued through the five path coming around the hill and advanced closer to the lead nearing the bottom before taking command on the straightaway and drew well clear to prove clearly best. KIAMBA (IRE) came four wide into the first turn then raced into the middle of the pack and continued on making some improvement around the hill before being urged in the upper and was no match for the winner but drew clear from the rest and was clearly second best. CLASSIC GLIDE settled back along the inside early on then settled into the pack on the backside and came two wide up the hill and had a late kick in the stretch to just get the show award. LES IS BEST raced three wide through the first turn while being off pace and settled into the pack then came six wide up the hill and swung out off the bend while improving but was out kicked in the final yards for the show award. POOKIE was settled well behind while being in front of the majority of the group in the four path then angled out after coming into the upper but needed punch to improve. ROSE ROOM assumed command of the pace early after the break with no contenders and came around the first turn a bit off the rail between three and four wide and drew clear from the rest along the backstretch then continued on in power to the bottom of the hill and faded in the stretch. RED BERETTA was settled towards the main pack off the pace in the four to five path and was passed up by most of it's rivals coming around the hill and had no kick in the stretch. ALLURING BEAUTY chased the pace from the four path through the early stages of the race then shifted up nearing the bottom of the hill and dropped back for a beat to adjust to the inside but was empty. COUNTRY CLUB was rated early coming along the inside and raced at a leisure pace while being positioned more towards the back then slightly checked at the very bottom of the hill but never fired when put in the stretch. THAT WASN'T ME was a step slow at the break and settled behind the main pack well off pace then tipped out five wide coming up the hill and settled into the pack but was distanced again nearing the straightaway and was never a factor after.
