Chart notes

ANNASCAUL showed speed from the gate, prompted the pace on the outside while in hand, vied in the three then two path on the turn, was asked between horses at the quarter-pole then took the lead in the three path into the stretch, responded well in the drive and held under strong urging. APORIA settled off the pace, went around the turn in the two then three path, was roused in the four path into the stretch, chased outside under a drive into the final sixteenth, gained to make a bid late and just missed while narrowly up for the place. AMANGANI (IRE) moved up just behind the early leader then was taken in hand and rated just off the pace, saved ground in aim on the turn, was asked in the two path at the quarter-pole, chased under a drive into the final furlong, gained to make a bid at the sixteenth-pole, fought inside of the top two to the finish and just missed while clear for the show. SILSBEE was taken under restraint early, became rank and began to toss her head inside the half-mile pole, was taken up under steadying restraint while continuing rank behind horses until late on the turn, waited behind horses into upper stretch, altered out for room outside the furlong marker and lacked the needed kick. RATU JAWA settled at the rear, moved out near the half-mile pole, was roused in the four then five path on the turn, came into the stretch in the six path and lacked the needed response. FROM SCRATCH broke out and hit the gate, went to the front, showed the way on the inside of the winner, was asked from the two path to the inside on the turn, lost the advantage into the stretch and gave way. GOLDEN BEACH broke out then was corrected by the rider, settled on the outside, was asked in the three then four path on the turn, spun into the stretch in the five path, dropped back into the final furlong and capitulated.
