Chart notes
STOVALL settled off the pace, bid four wide into the stretch and wore down AMPITUP to get up in the final strides. AMPITUP vied to mid stretch, inched clear and was caught near the wire to just miss. SAINT PETER'S BAY vied outside early, dropped back to stalk the pace, went five wide entering the stretch, bid willingly, couldn't gain ground and settled for show. BIND FAITH vied to the turn, dropped back entering the stretch, came up empty late and lost position. ALGEBRA vied between horses early, dropped back to stalk the pace and gave way on the turn. PICO D'ORO was last away from the gate, advanced inside to the turn, challenged for the lead along the rail and came up empty in the drive. OUR DETERMINATION was not a threat. BLUE CHEESE was off a step slowly, trailed the field, swung wide entering the stretch and lacked a response. RUNNING RAGGED raced outside, showed speed to the turn and stopped.
