Chart notes
DARYL'S BOLT settled early and saved ground through the first turn and the backstretch before angling out and circling horses while five wide on the second turn and sustained the rally to get up in time. CAWKAB rated in the second flight of runners while well off the early pace then was roused nearing the 3/8 pole, splitting horses into the stretch and gaining late for place. TWELVE VOLT settled early while well off the pace then made a steady advance through the turn, making a bid between horses in the stretch and battled but was outfinished. DOWN THE ISLANDS was hustled away from the gate and opened up on the early lead, setting a fast pace through the opening half mile while clear but shortened stride into the stretch and came up empty late. ABSAROKA got away alertly and chased the pace, was asked into the stretch but had no response along the inside.
