Chart notes
MAXXUS settled behind the embattled pacesetters, was swung five wide for the stretch run, rallied under a drive and prevailed. GOLD THIEF prompted the pace along the inside, edged clear leaving the turn and was worn down late. MORE THAN CUTE off slowly, reserved early, moved closer on turn and rallied well while closest to the inside fence in the stretch. PRINSIPITO was outrun early and showed some mild late interest. BLONDATE forced the pace between rivals, got outpaced on the turn and weakened in the stretch. HE'S EXAGGERATING swerved out at the start, raced in striking position while four wide and faded in the stretch. TOP NOTCH PROTOCOL was always outrun.
