Chart notes
PRIME ARTIST (FR) tracked between rivals from out of range, took the turn two wide, angled out for the drive, drew alongside the top trio past the eighth pole, seized control midstretch, cleared inside the sixteenth pole and held over a pair of late arriving rivals. BROHEIM sat off the pace on the inside, shifted to the two path on the turn, chased between rivals into the stretch, angled out into the clear, rallied to reel in the leader late but ran out of ground. THE RABBI settled outside a pair of rivals, angled out at the top of the stretch, rallied three deep late and finished a game third. SCENE BY ME chased from inside, followed the top trio through the turn, came off the rail in upper stretch, lacked room behind rivals midstretch, moved over to a clear path and kept trying to the wire. VICTORIA'S ROCKET vied three deep up the backstretch and around the turn, put a head in front at the eighth pole, lost command midstretch and flattened in the last sixteenth. GORDON'S LEGACY settled inside, saved ground through the turn, moved out at the top of the lane, kept trying through the final furlong but needed to find more. MILES FINCH stalked the speed trio outside a rival into the turn, eased out to the four path, bore out badly past the quarter pole, finished determinedly from outside but lacked the needed late punch. MR. MACHUPICCHU vied between rivals up the backstretch and around the turn, carried a short lead into the stretch, relinquished the lead at the eighth pole and weakened. LUCKY AND GONE vied with outer pair for early command, carried a narrow lead around the bend, lost command late on the bend, fought to midstretch and weakened.
