Chart notes
THE GOOD LIFE established the front just after the start and showed the way narrowly three paths off the inside before tucking to the two path soon after while under pressure from MYSTRIX to the outside, shook off that rival a bit midway through the turn remaining just off the inside and was patiently handled until set down taking the two path into upper stretch, then edged clear under a drive holding well to the finish kept to task. MYSTRIX prompted the pace of THE GOOD LIFE from the outside three wide lightly coaxed along, came under increasing urging with three furlongs to go and swung four wide into upper stretch, ran on to chase the winner home safe for the place honors. BOOKED broke a half a beat slow and was bumped by FLIGHT COMMAND recovering inwards from a stumble and conceded four to five lengths to the front before settling into stride, ranged up to chase just off the inside and was in range of the front five furlongs from home, came under encouragement with five-sixteenths to go, angled five wide into upper stretch, dug in under a drive weakening in the late stages while well clear for the show honors. LIFESONG coaxed along in pursuit four then three wide, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, angled out inside the three-sixteenths and weakened. MIDNIGHT STILL grew a bit fractious in the gate prior to the start, chased five then four wide under prolonged urging from the half mile pole, swung four to five wide into upper stretch and tired. FLIGHT COMMAND stumbled at the start recovering inwards into BOOKED and conceded three lengths to the front, chased three then two wide under a ride from the five-sixteenths pole, spun just off the inside into upper stretch and tired. HIGH OFFICIAL chased along the inside under a long drive from the nine-sixteenths marker, spun just off the inside into upper stretch and faltered in the drive.
