EPIC HORSEPOWER never far back, angled to the three path to upper stretch, rallied two wide to the final sixteenth and held well late to prevail. DEMOCRACY DEFENDER pinched at the start, angled widest upper stretch, surged late, couldn't reel in the winner in deep stretch but gamely was up for the place. MOVIESTAR HANDSOME forwardly placed early on, tracked from the inside heading to the half-mile, rallied along the rail to mid-stretch, led to the final sixteenth, was outkicked by the top pair in deep stretch but was a clear third at the wire. CLARK'S CORNER broke out and bothered outer rivals at the start, advanced to the turn then stalked the pace three wide nearing the half-mile marker, vied from the five path into the stretch, couldn't find more to the final sixteenth and yielded late. MAGINNESONTAP prominent early, attended to the pace between rivals into the turn, vied to mid-stretch then flattened out late. BLAZY settled while saving ground early, made a steady gain along the inside to mid-stretch then lacked a final response. GRAND PREMIERE sent from the outside leaving the start, took command and set the pace from the inside heading to the half-mile, moved off of the rail into the lane then dug in from the three path at mid-stretch, couldn't hold off oncoming rivals to the final sixteenth and faded late. WHATAYASAY settled early then caught on heels approaching the turn, navigated traffic nearing the half-mile marker, found room to upper stretch then could not muster the needed late response. MELODY MAN crowded at the start, settled outside of runners early, kept a wide trip while in pursuit nearing the half-mile, lacked the needed response while four wide to upper stretch then did not make a late impact. AUTHORITATIVE rank early, trailed into the turn, was last to upper stretch, passed a pair of tiring rivals in the lane but did not factor late. PAGE TWO up close while between rivals heading to the turn, lost position two to three wide nearing the top of the lane, had no response into the stretch and tired. BUCKLEY GOLD WATER forwardly placed between runners in the early going, shuffled to the turn, coaxed three to four wide nearing the top of the lane, came up empty in the drive.
