Chart notes
CHARLIE'S BEAUTY raced off the pace inside, moved up three wide on the far turn, bid outside rivals at the quarter pole, rallied to a short lead, then dug in gamely inside of RACHEL CAROLINE in the final sixteenth and held off that rival for a determined victory. RACHEL CAROLINE was outrun early, advanced on the far turn, came four wide into the lane, rallied outside in the stretch run, dug in gamely outside of the winner, battled to the finish but second best. SECURITYLIGHTNING vied outside for the lead, took over to set the pace, dueled into the stretch, dug in gamely in the two path in the final furlong and earned the show spot. WINKIWINKI vied inside for the early lead, then tracked inside, chased on the far turn, made a mild bid between rivals at the quarter pole, then weakened late on the rail in the stretch. SOFSTER stalked two wide, chased between rivals on the far turn and faded.
