Chart notes
CATEGORY TEN was unhurried early, raced wide, closed steadily and wore down his BERNIN TUNE to get up in the final strides. BERNIN TUNE raced in the second flight, rallied on the turn, assumed command into the stretch, led to the final strides and was outfinished in a good effort. BROWN RESERVE raced mid pack along the inside, advanced to the turn, closed willingly and earned show while no threat to the top two. CAMP DADDY pulled early, raced close to the pace in hand, was roused on the turn, bid and came up empty. WICKED GUS saved ground in an even effort and failed to threaten. AMERICAN CAUSE raced close to the pace between horses, was through early and steadily dropped back. JACK SPRAT was sent to the front to set the pace with a clear lead, tired on the turn and gave way. REDFIELD broke awkwardly to be last away, trailed the field and showed little.
