Chart notes
LEONIDS set the pace, was under pressure through the stretch and held on gamely. LOOKIN AT ROSES bobbled at the start, pressed the pace, bid willingly, couldn't get by the winner and was outfinished in a good effort. SKIMBLE SHANKS was never far back, raced outside, rallied four wide on the turn and closed to get up late for show. ASCENDANCE was never far back, bid inside to contend, hung late and was caught for third. JASPER'S PRIDE trailed the field, offered a mild bid only and improved position. GET LIKE MIKE raced close to the pace along the inside, bid along the rail on the turn, was not urged through the stretch and steadily faded from contention.
