Chart notes
BRINK OF WAR vied for the lead while three wide on the turn, was in a long drive and bumped with SPRINGTOWN in late stretch and won the head bob at the wire. SPRINGTOWN chased the early pace then rallied four wide on the turn, was three wide in the stretch and lug in and bumped with BRINK OF WAR in late stretch and lost the head bob. TRANSOM BAY vied for the lead while inside on the turn, was in a long sustained drive but weakened in late stretch. BIJOU BEAR was unhurried early then raced five wide on the turn, made a bid but was no menace. CAYMEN'S SOLDIER was four wide into the turn then shuffled back and failed to menace in the stretch. QUALITY STYLE vied for the lead while between rivals into the turn, was hard used then gave way in the stretch.
