Chart notes
BEAUTIFUL BLOME broke awkwardly, saved ground to the second turn, shifted out, bid three wide, closed steadily and wore down rivals to get up late. INTREPID MO set the pace while racing well off the rail early, led to deep stretch and was outfinished in a game effort. PINK RUBY stumbled badly at the start, stalked the pace, bid along the rail on the turn, was in contention and hung late. OLD BAY was carried out early, dropped in, was never far back, lacked a rally and failed to menace. GETAWAY PALACE was carried out into the first turn, stalked the pace to the second turn, flattened out and faded through the stretch.
