HIWAY FORTYNINE vied with LUTEDIDIT for the early lead from along the inside and weakened. DALE'S LEGACY was unhurried, rallied two-wide into the stretch but was unable to seriously threaten. SKIP'S MONEY settled in the middle of the field, came four-wide into the stretch and was not a factor. BANK DRAFT was off a step slow then raced in the back of the field, came three-wide into the stretch, angled in nearing the eighth pole and failed to menace.
