Chart notes
SPEED LANE broke well from the outside, showed the way out of the chute, extended that advantage before a quarter, continued to lead by a wide margin through the turn while racing in the two path, not threatened through the stretch. BLUEBERRY EYES back off the pace and the inside, raced in the two path through the turn, between horses in upper stretch, long drive for the place, determined late. ROSE DARLING lacked speed, raced three wide through the turn, extended duel for the runner up position, outfinished. MISS RIVER RAT closest to the winner out of the chute, continued to pursue that one up the backstretch and into the turn, weakened while along the inside. BLUE HEAVENLY back off the pace toward the inside, steered out three wide turn, had little for the stretch drive.
