Chart notes
UNION REBEL sat just off the pressured top flight, took closer order four wide late on the turn, angled in two wide for the drive, took over the lead near mid-stretch and finished going away. FLYING GRACE set a pressured pace up the backstretch, continued to hold a slight edge going by the quarter pole, saved ground turning for home, widened advantage under firm handling, ran on gamely then failed to fend off the winner near mid-stretch. SAREE raced in aim for the early lead, lost position leaving the backstretch, steadied past the mid-way point around the turn, swung wide into upper stretch, hustled along down the lane and cleared the rest. KNOW IT ALL raced in striking distance in the opening quarter, continued in aim going by the quarter pole then gave way. SELWYN vied in early stages, flattened late on the turn and tired in the drive. MAGIC DENNY vied for the early lead, continued up close around the turn then dropped back in the lane.
