BERTANI tracked the early pace, advanced five wide through the turn, took control late and edged clear. ITSMYBIRTHDAY was allowed to settle early, went six wide through the turn, was closing and was second best. DISTANT FLEET set a pressured early pace, raced three wide into the turn, angled in, opened up and weakened late. PRINCE ABU DHABI was outrun early, raced off the rail through the turn, angled out and offered a mild late rally. MICKSWAGGER was unhurried, early, raced four wide into the turn, angled out to the eight path and offered no late rally.
