Chart notes
WINE CANDY forced the early pace, responded leaving the turn and held sway in the stretch under steady pressure. ADIOS MATE broke sharply, settled nicely into a striking position, was no match for the top one but stayed on to secure the place spot. TEDDY BEAR outpaced while four wide, was swung five wide into the stretch and managed a mild rally. JIMBO BAILEY reserved along the inside, raced closest to the inside fence into the stretch and kept on. WESTERN SHAFT chased the pace in the early going, advanced into the turn and flattened out in the stretch. AMERICAN TACT outrun early, lodged a brief bid on the turn but never menaced. LOBO GO saved ground early and was never involved.
