Chart notes
KONA SKYE saved ground while being allowed to settle, angled out to be two-wide nearing the eighth pole and was up in the final sixteenth. WEDDING GIFT settled in the back of the field, rallied four-wide into the stretch and finished strongly. CASH ASSETS vied for the lead from along the inside with FIRST CALL and TAPATIO LEO and held on well during the drive for third. FIRST CALL prompted the pace from between horses, came three-wide into the stretch but lacked the needed late response. WICKLOW HILLS settled in the middle of the field, raced six-wide on the first turn, then angled in to be forwardly placed to the stretch and weakened. TAPATIO LEO vied for the early lead racing three-wide and tired. LEA ME BE was unhurried while saving ground and failed to be a factor. HAND TIMED.
